What is your return window?
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery toinitiate a return.
What condition must the item be in to be returned?
To be eligible, items must be innew, unused, and unassembled condition, returned in their original manufacturerpackaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and hardware.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, the following are non-returnable: finalsale/clearance items, custom/made-to-order items, opened hygienic essentials(bedding, pillows, towels), and gift cards.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.We can provide a prepaid label upon request, but the cost will be deducted from yourtotal refund.
Are there any restocking fees?
A 10% restocking fee applies to the refund of oversizeditems, such as large furniture or heavy equipment, to cover specialized handling.
How do I initiate a return?
Email returns@clearoutandcoinc.com with your ordernumber and item details to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 businessdays), approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, which typicallytakes an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your account statement.

How will you resolve the issue? Depending on the situation, we will ship replacementparts at no cost, provide a full exchange, or issue a full refund if a replacement isunavailable.
